A: TrueCode Online is our flagship vehicle key programming platform that offers unlimited access to all of our software solutions through one low-cost subscription service.

A: Subscribers enjoy unlimited use of all of our software solutions and receive free and automatic updates for the latest features - all for just about the price of one cup of coffee per week! Supporting the project enables its growth, enabling new features to be added.

Q: Is product support provided?

A: Yes. All of our product support is provided completely free of charge, via email, during standard UK business hours.

Q: What are the minimum laptop requirements?

A: Any modest laptop with Windows 10 or Windows 11 OS having one free USB port is required. MacOS/Linux is not supported.

Q: Is an internet connection required?

A: Yes, the system requires a connection to the internet. Only a very tiny amount of information is transferred so even a modest connection will suffice.

Q: How do I subscribe to TrueCode Online?

A: Visit our website, select the Subscription Package, and gain immediate access to all software addons and features.

Q: Which hardware device is required?

A: Select TrueCode Online Hardware from our store. If you have one, you can also use your TrueCode Smart, HT2, HT3, or HT4 device. J2534 "Pass-thru" adaptors are not supported. You must use our hardware device.

Q: My subscription has expired. How much is it to re-subscribe?

A: To re-subscribe, simply purchase another twelve-months access from our website. Select the Subscription Package, and regain immediate access to all software addons and features.
