 Installation:

  • Downloaded .RAR file archive is password-protected. Password: 123456
  • Use WinRar from www.rarlab.com as the standard Windows extractor won't work with password protected rar archives.
  • Minimum OS requirement: Win10.

Create User Account:

  • Create an account within the app.
  • Use the email address of your choice.
  • A confirmation email is sent automatically; let us know if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. Some email providers block these messages.
  • If using an email we have, devices are automatically assigned to your account; add-ons are ready to use.
  • If using a different email, or if we have an incorrect one, we'll need to manually allocate your hardware device to the user account before you can use it. The server will inform us if this is necessary. Allow 24hrs for this.

Updates:

  • The app checks for the latest version on each run.
  • Start the app, wait a few moments.
  • The software prompts if a new version has been downloaded and to restart.
  • Check LOGIN > SETTINGS > VERSION HISTORY for details of the update.
