How to alter USB Serial Port VCP settings

Some TrueCode OBD interfaces may need the VCP setting altered within Windows Device Manager. This is how to make the alteration.

Open Device Manager and then expand the USB Serial Converter list.
Right click on USB Serial Converter. Then choose 'Properties'.

Select the 'Advanced' tab.

Check the box next to 'Load VCP'

Now remove and then reinsert your device.
A new USB Serial Port should be created.
